Lily Collins Posted Adorable Throwback Pics With Dad Phil Collins at the Oscars

This Oscars season isn’t Lily Collins’ first rodeo at an award show. In fact, she’s been walking the red carpet since she was a kid.
The A-list nepotism baby and Emily In Paris star shared adorable throwback pictures of herself at the Academy Awards at an age when most of us were playing hide and seek.
Lily posted two photos on Instagram ahead of the 95th Annual Academy Awards, which will air Sunday night. The first photo shows Lily as a child walking the red carpet at the Oscars — and looking as glamorous as ever — and the second shows Lily congratulating her very famous dad as he holds an award.
“I wore butterfly clips to The Oscars. No regrets…” Lily wrote in the caption.
For those unaware of Lily’s celebrity lineage, the actress is the daughter of famous musician Phil Collins. Her dad gained fame in the 1970s as the frontman of the band Genesis and later achieved individual success as a solo artist. Phil Collins maintained his legendary status at the start of the millennium after writing and performing original music for Disney’s Tarzan.
Since Phil Collins is holding an Oscar in his hand in Lily’s Instagram post, it can be assumed that she attended the Academy Awards in 2000 when he won the Oscar for best original song for “You’ll Be In My Heart” — from Tarzan, of course. That means Lily was around 12 years old when she walked the red carpet. Turns out nepotism babies are fun to follow when they share all the cool things they got to do as kids.
Will Lily Collins make her return to Hollywood’s biggest night this year? And will the butterfly clips make an appearance? Let’s hope so.
